However, if you regularly share documents with people who use older Office versions and don't have the MCOP, here's a tip that might reduce the number of Office headaches you experience.
If you've recently installed Office 2007 and it keeps stalling, or runs very slow, most likely you don't have enough RAM to handle it.
The latest version of Microsoft Office, 2007, isn't entirely backwards compatible with older versions of Office. Files created in 2007 cannot be opened in earlier versions of Office unless you download a Microsoft Office Compatibility Pack (MOCP).
In Office 2007, you can access Recent Documents by clicking the Office button. But did you know you can keep frequently used files there all the time?
