Military Time on Your Computer

If you routinely tell time in military time, here's how to change your Windows XP settings so your computer displays military time.

Open the Control Panel and go to Regional and Language Options. Then click Customize on the Regional Options tab. Click the Time tab and choose any format option with an uppercase H. The uppercase H stands for the 24 hour time format, while the lowercase h stands for 12 hour format. Now keep clicking OK until you're back out at the Control Panel. Close the Control Panel.
